- Geoffrey Chase - The brains behind the whole idea of a
chess-playing robot. He organized the group and performed a major chunk
of the gantry crane and car design.
- Donald Rosenow - Did most of the programming of the robot's brain
units. He also helped with the design of the gantry crane.
- Thomas Hruska - Designed the initial robot claw that got the whole
z-axis off the ground. Also did a major portion of the documentation as
well as a little robot programming.
